FAQ, Shipping & Returns

We only offer one type of shipping: free, worldwide, tracked shipping. 

Our artwork is custom made, by hand, upon request. This means that we begin production of your artwork once we receive your order. As a result, we take 3 business days to assemble your artwork before we ship it out.

Shipping times depend on the destination. Orders shipped to addresses in the below regions arrive in the following number of business days from the date the artwork is assembled and ready to ship:

North America | 2-5 days

Europe | 2-5 days

South America | 4-7 days

Australia | 4-7 days

Asia | 4-7 days

Africa | 4-7 days

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. 

If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can't receive the package, you must contact us at info@vandulizm.com so we can arrange for alternate delivery address (such as to a family member, friend, or colleague). When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the delivery address.

Our fine art prints are wrapped in paper, rolled and shipped in a thick, protective tube to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

When received, we highly recommend that you handle the print with gloves, as nails can easily scratch the artwork accidentally.

After purchasing your artwork, you will receive an email confirming that we received your payment and your order. After the artwork is assembled and shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our manufacturing facility.

Please check your Junk folder periodically for our emails. If, after the above time estimates have passed, you have not received an email with a tracking link, please send us an email with your name and the email that you submitted the order with to info@vandulizm.com.

When shipping out our products, we make sure no customs duties get applied. There should be no customs duties on any packages, particularly those being sent to purchasers in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia and Europe. If the shipping company is charging you duties during delivery, please contact us at info@vandulizm.com.  

If your order is taking longer to arrive than the estimated delivery times above, we recommend that you contact your local post office. As the purchaser, they will often provide you information regarding the location of the order.

If you  believe your package is lost in transit, you must notify us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

In rare cases when a product gets verifiably damaged or lost during shipping, we offer to either refund that order or send a replacement to the customer. In the case of damage, we will require pictures of the product that demonstrate the damage for verification purposes.

In order to ship you a replacement order, we must confirm with you that the shipping address was correct. Keep in mind: if tracking information states that an order was delivered but you claim that you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, a replacement would have to be at your expense.

Since we often begin assembling each order right away, all cancellations or order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. If we haven't shipped out your order and we are still assembling it, we will cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@vandulizm.com.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you don't receive a piece of artwork that you love, you are free to return your product to us, unused and in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date since your order was placed. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note: our return policy only applies to regular-priced items. Discounted items (15% or over) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturing facility. To return your product, please email us your name, order confirmation number, and email associated with the order at info@vandulizm.com. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the shipping address you must mail your product to.

You must use a trackable shipping service. You bear responsibility to ensure we receive the item. We cannot process a refund until we receive the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As mentioned above, it is incredibly easy for artwork to have permanent fingerprints or scratches from merely opening the product once. If the artwork has scratches, we cannot process a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vandulizm.com.
