Each fine art print comes with a 0.5 inch white border, known as "bleed," in order to allow for framing. The purpose of the bleed is for the frame to cover the white border and not cover the artwork.
We highly recommend obtaining a measuring tape and measuring the wall where you wish to put up art. This will assist you in choosing the correct size for your art. All measurements on our website are in inches, with width first, followed by height (30x40 = 30 inches in width, 40 inches in height).
The order does not come with a frame due to (1) the high prices shipping companies charge to transport frames, as well as (2) the desire for our customers to have the freedom to choose a frame from a local frame shop that matches their unique decor.
Our fine art prints are reviewed for quality before being packaged carefully, by hand. They are encased in wrapping paper, rolled and shipped in a thick, protective tube to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
When you receive your art, we highly recommend that you handle the print with gloves, as even short nails can easily scratch the artwork accidentally.
When choosing a frame, we also recommend obtaining a frame with a plexiglass cover so the art is protected from fingerprints and moisture, so it can last a lifetime.
We only offer one type of shipping: free, worldwide, tracked shipping.
Our artwork is custom made, by hand, upon request. This means that we begin production of your artwork once we receive your order. As a result, we take 3 business days to assemble your artwork before we ship it out.
After purchasing your artwork, you will receive an email confirming that we received your payment and your order. After the artwork is assembled and shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our manufacturing facility.
Yes! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you don't receive a piece of artwork that you love, you are free to return your product to us, unused and in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date since your order was placed. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
